Folks on the other end say the mic is a bit weak and not as clear as it could be but quite understandable.The only real complaint I have is the same for all headsets I use. The hard part ends up right on top of my off-side ear so I have to move it further to the back of my head or above the ear and then the headphone side slips around.
Plus this one folds up quite nicely. I guess I need to boost up my ego to make my head larger.Just FYI, I also purchased a Plantronics Headset M175C for Mobile & Cordless Phones and this is much better hearing and mic.
Does what it is supposed to. This is a common failure with all headsets, they don't fit someone with a 6-7/8 hat size.
If it had a recoil cord it would be perfect. I'm using it into a Razer phone and the hearing was quite good.
The over-the-head band is too long.
It allows me to have a phone conversion and still have my hands free to do jobs around the house - ideal for a busy mother of 3. I'm very happy with my headset.
Note: On a couple of our Panasonic 4-line phones (model KX-TS4100) they just emitted a buzzing sound but that was a problem with the phone, not the headset (need to get those repaired). I haven't tried the headsets with a mobile phone so I can't comment here. I bought 2 of these for my Panasonic office phones and they work flawlessly. Highly recommended for Panasonic phones. These are recommended for many different office and home phones with a 2.5mm jack. I'm very pleased with the sound quality, and in testing, they sound great on the other end of the call. Why pay more when these work well.
This handsfree head set has been a life saver. I have a 1 month old daughter and i need both hands free to take care of her while on the phone.
I've had many different ones, this is my fav. Nice comfortable fit. Great clear sound.
